Originally from Algeria, and going by the artistic name ´´Mohamed Bandie ´´

Mohamed Hadda is currently residing in Barcelona City Center for the short periods of time his chosen lifestyle permits.

​

Living as a Professional Street Artist  and Showman ,Mohamed has travelled the world exhibiting his many skills and talents as a performer to a diverse range of publics in many different European countries.

 His many different Street Performances include a fusion of different artforms he has acquired over the years through dedication and hardwork. Mixing the theatre orientated skills of Mime and Clown with the more Acrobatic forms of Circus arts like the Cyr Wheel and Break Dancing.

Mohamed Bandie´s artistic journey commenced in 2008 when he began breakdancing with a Streetcrew in Barcelona with which he participated in various different competitions in the Catalan area.

He then began incorporating the Cyr wheel and mime arts alongside his breakdancing and created his first 10 minute solo performance fusing these three elements in different Cabarets  around Barcelona .

This was his stepping stone into the Rogelio Rivel circus school in the city which he studied at during a year and created a complete solo street performance joining  the Cyr wheel with dance,acrobatics ,mime and clown .Mainly focusing on public interaction  and aimed at the general public in street settings or festival formats it has allowed him to travel Spain Performing and all over Europe .

The Performance is called ´´ Inertia and Attraction´´or for short ´´Pronoia´´

The goal of the performance is to transmit the idea of a constant personal journey of self exploration and discovery , thereby realising ones true potential .This may be articulated as a  process of  enlightenment; with no beginning or end. What commences as a comcical portrayal diverges into a reality.

Performance Requisites :

Minimum Surface Area : 6m x 6m

Security distance :  2m  from established line.

Compatible Flooring : Smooth Cement or Asphalt ,Linoleum,Marble or Parquet.

-All floors must be level-

Non-Compatible Flooring: Soil ,Cobbles,Un level floor or with large separations between flat spaces,Wet floor,Sand or Grass.
